The strategy rests upon a new information architecture that increased the site's navigability from 27% to 88%. This case study showcases the research strategies that produced our final information architecture, and the collaborative efforts with Product and Engineering to create our multi-year execution plan.

Hey! I’m Vivian 👋
Most recently, I was a contract product designer at Stuut, an AI-native accounts receivables platform, backed by a16z, Khosla, and Activant.
Before that, I was a Staff Product Designer at Findmine, an enterprise platform that enabled brands like Lululemon, Gap, and Anine Bing create outfits at scale.
Previously, I was a Staff Product Designer at Pixlee TurnTo, a suite of enterpise products that helped brands like Nike, West Elm, and Alo Yoga engage shoppers through ratings and reviews, social content, and influencer marketing.
My jam is enterprise software, but make it simple, like consumer-facing experiences. I love all parts of the design process, from research and strategy, to visual and interaction design, to prototyping and getting into the weeds with engineers. I’m invigorated by fast-paced, ambiguous environments, where I get to think about challenging problems, not just in design, but also in product. Understanding the big picture is just as important to me as fussing about the little details of a polished experience.
